CEO & Chief AI Strategist
As Galahad’s CEO and Chief AI Strategist, Rob is focused on helping clients infuse new artificial intelligence capabilities to achieve breakthrough business results in the areas of analytics, automation and customer experience.
As a recognized innovator in the fields of data analytics & decision sciences for 20 years, Rob has a proven track record of advising Fortune 500 clients in financial services, retail, consumer products, healthcare and travel to operationalize advanced analytic insights to generate tens of millions of dollars in economic value.
Previously Rob worked as IBM’s North American Lead for Watson Cognitive Solutions for the Financial Services industry. Prior to this role, Rob led analytics and strategy practices at Merkle and Acxiom, consistently achieving double-digit growth rates. Rob was also Founder and CEO of Quinetix – an emerging big data analytics company acquired by Acxiom.
Rob speaks regularly at industry conferences and events. He holds an MA in Economics from Syracuse University Maxwell School and a BA in Economics St John Fisher where he was an Adjunct Professor Economics.
Chief Operating Officer
As Galahad’s Chief Operating Officer, Cheryl leads key operational areas including product development, client services, finance and R&D. Cheryl also has responsibility for ensuring all critical disciplines of the company including technology, data science and strategy are working together to build AI solutions that create amazing experiences to customers and business clients.
With over 15 years as an innovator in data science and decision systems, Cheryl has a proven track record of helping Fortune 500 clients integrate data-driven decision-making into key aspects of their operations and generate multiple millions in measurable profit growth. Cheryl has helped architect some of the marketing industry’s most advanced personalization engines, many of which are still running in the financial services, healthcare and retail industries today.
Prior to Galahad, Cheryl was Senior Director of Analytics at Epsilon, where she led an expansive team of data scientists for Epsilon’s largest auto client. Cheryl also held positions as Managing Director of Global Consulting at Acxiom where she led a team of strategists, analysts and technologists to design and implement data-driven digital solutions for many of Acxiom’s largest clients, and VP Data Science at Quinetix, an emerging big data analytics company acquired by Acxiom in 2008.
She holds a MS in Health Policy and Management from University at Albany, SUNY
Chief Technology Officer
As Galahad’s Chief Technology Officer, Gary leads development of Galahad’s advanced AI solutions including VyouTM, Galahad’s intelligent Virtual Personal Assistant and VirtualizeTM, Galahad’s rapid AI training utility. Gary’s team uses a broad array of the latest technologies in the areas of big data, machine learning, decision automation, UI software development and cloud services to ensure Galahad is successful in its mission of creating the world’s most intelligent digital assistants.
As a leader of technical development teams for over 20 years, Gary has worked with Fortune 500 clients in financial services, retail, CPG, healthcare and travel to develop innovative data-driven solutions that pioneered a new generation of big data and data science applications. Gary has also been an innovator in the field of information security and continues to provide the latest data handling, audit and compliance best practices to Galahad’s clients.
Prior to Galahad, Gary was the Director of Analytics Enablement at Acxiom, where he established the technical framework and processes used to build complex analytical solutions for global clients. Prior to Acxiom, Gary was a co-founder and CTO of Quinetix, a big data analytics company acquired by Acxiom in 2008.
He holds a BS in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Galahad’s CMO, Bob is focused on using the latest data-driven digital and social marketing strategies to drive the exponential growth of Galahad’s business. This includes helping business clients rapidly adopt AI into key parts of their enterprise and supporting the global launch of Vyou, the world’s most intelligent Virtual Personal Assistant which helps consumers manage the most important aspects of life & work.
As an innovative leader in B2B omni-channel marketing, Bob pioneered some of the earliest and most successful CRM lead cultivation programs in financial services, and developed partner marketing, broker channel and apply-online capabilities for a top-10 U.S. commercial real estate lender. Bob has advised Fortune 500 clients in financial services, travel and insurance on operationalizing advanced analytical insights to generate millions of dollars in economic value, and on multiple occasions these initiatives were highlighted by clients to their shareholders as differentiated competitive capabilities in their industries.
Previously Bob held senior consulting roles at Acxiom and was a Principal and VP Marketing Services at Quinetix, an emerging big data analytics company acquired by Acxiom. Prior to these, Bob was SVP for KeyCorp’s Commercial Mortgage group, and earlier had broad marketing managerial responsibilities across Key’s Commercial Banking function.
Bob has been a frequent speaker and panelist at national marketing conferences and commercial banking industry events. He holds a BA in Philosophy from St. Thomas College.
VP AI/Decision Science
As Galahad’s VP AI/Decision Science, Pat has a key leadership role in helping clients utilize AI and machine learning capabilities to achieve breakthrough business results in the areas of analytics, automation and customer experience. Pat also leads development of the decision engine and self-learning capabilities that power Galahad’s VyouTM intelligent digital assistant.
With over 18 years as an innovator in data science and analytics, Pat has a proven track record of helping clients integrate analytics and data-driven decision-making into key aspects of their financial and marketing operations, and that generated millions in measurable profit growth as well as improved customer experiences.
Previously Pat held senior analytical consulting roles at Acxiom, and was Director of Analytics at Quinetix, an emerging big data analytics company acquired by Acxiom. Prior to that Pat held financial and corporate development management positions with a major U.S. multi-line insurer, which included participating on a major successful corporate restructuring team reporting to the CFO.
Pat holds an MBA with finance concentration and a BS Interdisciplinary Computer Science/ Economics, both from Loyola University Maryland.
